STEM (Science Technology Engineering
Maths) Partnership
We have confirmed a
partnership with CSIRO to celebrate National Science Week. On Friday 18th
August the whole Junior school will be running science activities in the
morning. There will be a Sputnik Club who will be working with Mrs Grisdale
on a NASA space activity.
Following on from our
activities we are excited to announce that the Juniors will be participating in
a Virtual Classroom discussing all things space with an expert working in the
Australian space industry.
CURIOSITY- We
encourage students to generate questions prior to this day as there may be an
opportunity to ask questions of the expert. Any students who would like
to do this, please give Mrs Grisdale the questions by Thursday 10th so we can
submit them to the panel.
Let's get thinking!!
